Contacting Carmenta Support

When contacting Carmenta Support, please provide us with the following:

  • Your Carmenta product and version
  • The name of your company (and project if applicable)
  • Your license ID found in the Start menu under /Carmenta (version)/Carmenta license key manager.

Support relating to Carmenta Engine, Carmenta Server, Carmenta Geodata Organiser or Carmenta Map Builder:
Support relating to Carmenta CoordCom or Carmenta ResQMap:
Attachments should not be larger than 2Mb. If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our ftp area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
