Support instructions

  • When contacting Carmenta Support please provide us with the following:
    • Carmenta product and version
    • Company (and project if applicable)
    • Support and maintenance agreement number
  • Send an e-mail to . You´ll recieve an automatic confirmation email with a case number. Reply to this email in correspondance relating to the same case.
  • Attachments should not be larger than 2Mb.
    If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our ftp area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
