When contacting Carmenta Support, please provide us with the following:
- Carmenta product and version
- Company (and project if applicable)
- Support and maintenance agreement number
Send an e-mail to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). You´ll receive an automatic confirmation email with a case number. Reply to this email in correspondence relating to the same case.
Attachments should not be larger than 2Mb.
If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our ftp area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
