Contacting Carmenta Support

Support relating to Carmenta Engine, Carmenta Server, Carmenta Geodata Organiser or Carmenta ResQMap: support@carmenta.com

When contacting Carmenta Support, please provide us with the following:

• Your Carmenta product and version
• The name of your company (and project if applicable)
• Your support and maintenance agreement number

Support relating to Carmenta CoordCom: coordcom.support@carmenta.com

Attachments should not be larger than 2Mb.
If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our ftp area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
